Returns Policy

Do You Do Returns & Exchanges? Absolutely! We want everyone to have a great shopping experience with us however in the event that you have ordered the wrong size or the product was not what you envisioned, notify us within 4 days from the date your package is marked as delivered and we'll happily accept the return of unworn, unmarked, unscented items with all original tags still attached for an online credit that never expires.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Where Are You located? We are proudly a Canadian owned company that operates strictly online. Our gowns are created by designers from around the world and ship from our warehouses located in USA and China. Returns can be made to our headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
What Sizes Do You Carry? We do our best to create an inclusive environment. Most of our products range in size from 02-24. If you do not see your size please don't hesitate to reach out and see how we can help you.
Do You Ship To My Location? We proudly ship around the world including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping rates are listed upon checkout. Please note international shipments may incur import fees.
Are These Designs Knockoffs? Absolutely not! Each gown product we sell is the real deal. Our gowns are made by reputable brands and designers from around the world and have build a personal relationship with each to control the quality and guarantee authenticity.
