We are a Canadian owned company and ship worldwide. We ship with UPS, USPS and Canada Post.

Do You Have A Physical Store I Can Visit?

Placing An Order

How Long Does Shipping To US Take?
Processing time is typically 24-72 hours and takes 3-5 business days delivery time with our complimentary standard shipping option across the US.

International shipping times are dependent on customs but typically take 2-3 weeks time to arrive. 
Please note all shipping times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee any shipping times.

Sizing Help

Our gowns are similar to bridal sizing. If you are unsure about your size, feel free to enter our virtual fitting room HERE. Each designer uses a slightly different size chart ,so if you need help with specific fitting information you may reach out to our live chat styling team or email contact@stage9secrets.com and we would be happy to assist you.

Pre-Order & Special Order Items

Pre-Order: For items that are currently out of stock but expecting new shipment of the design, we offer the ability to place a pre-order. If you are unsure of when an item is expected to restock feel free to chat with one of our stylists and we will be able to offer an estimate of the arrival date.
Pre-Orders may be cancelled at anytime for a refund as long as the order has not yet been processed and a tracking number has not yet been assigned.

Special order : Items marked as 'Special Order'  typically take 4-6 weeks to be process and are made to order items. Due to the nature of these designs, these gowns cannot be cancelled are final sale items unless you have purchased the  Seel Return Assurance at checkout.

Do You Offer Exchanges? 

Items can be exchanged for either another size OR another design of the same value. Once we have received your returning item you will be issued your exchange and emailed a new tracking number.


If the item you are wanting to exchange is not for the same value, this will then be processed as a return. Once the return has been processed you can use the issued store credit for the new item of interest.


Please note all exchanges and items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Final Sale Items

Return authorization numbers will be issued to eligible items. As per our return policy Items marked as, Clearance or Special Order are not eligible for exchange or return unless you have purchased Seel Return Assurance on your order.

All orders purchased with Store Credit and exchanges are FINAL SALE

Can I get A Refund?

If you have purchased the Seel Return Assurance option on your order, then you may return your order using the Seel Assurance portal HERE and receive a refund on your order. If you do not purchase the Seel Return Assurance then orders may be returned in adherence with our standard return policy for a full store credit. Our full return policy can be found HERE.
