All Standard Shipping Across The USA is Absolutely free!

Shipping Timelines:

Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days plus standard shipping across the USA. Our free shipping service is with USPS Priority which typically takes 4 business days.

International orders can expect a delivery time of between 2-3 weeks.
*Please note Shipping times are not guaranteed and are estimates only provided by our carriers. International shipments may be subject to additional country taxes and potential import fees. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and not covered by Stage 9 Secrets.

For special orders such as pre-orders or back order, delivery time may take up to 3-4 weeks for domestic shipments and international orders might take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Location

Stage 9 Secrets is a Canadian company with our fulfillment logistics based out of the United States of America. For the purposes of this Shipping Policy “domestic” will refer to any customers whose shipping address is located within the 50 states of the continental US. All other shipping destinations will be considered international orders. *Please note that international orders are subject to additional country taxes and potential import fees which are customers responsibility and not covered by Stage 9 Secrets.

Variability

Stage 9 Secrets has a variety of suppliers and partners. Each supplier negotiates their own shipping rates with us based on their: domestic & international shipping policies, product categories and availability, and finally their terms of service and agreement. We work with our partners to offer you the best shipping options possible in order to deliver your products in a timely and trusted fashion. You will find that we have different shipping costs, both by destination and by product, as outlined below, influenced by our agreements with our suppliers and partners. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your shopping experience and we hope you’ll find our shipping policy reasonable for our service.

Stage 9 Secrets shipping rates are broken down by product and destination. The following chart outlines our default shipping rates. Please note, if a product page indicates a different shipping rate on its page, then that shipping rate will override this default table and be considered the correct rate for that product.

In the event an item is sent back that does not qualify for a return OR if we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to a) the address provided being undeliverable or b) refusing import fees ( international orders), the customer will be responsible to pay for the second shipping charge and or return shipping charges which will be deducted from any potential store credit if applicable.

We do our best to notify customers when shipping issues have been identified as soon as possible. We understand waiting for your products is hard, we hate waiting too!
