Return Policy Definitions:

For the purposes of this Return Policy the terms: “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Stage 9 Secrets the company. The terms: “you” and “your” refer to the original customer that placed the order for the product in question of return. The terms: “they”, “their”, and “them” refer to Stage 9 Secrets suppliers and partners.

Return Offering:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we do support returns under certain conditions. We test samples of our products because we want to make sure you will be happy with what you receive. It’s important to us that the product quality, look and feel matches what you expected from our marketing.  We understand that sometimes products don’t meet expectations whether they are defective or you just expected a different product. If you feel the product you received has not met your expectations, please reach out to us to start a discussion on return or exchange options.

Return Conditions:

            Unopen Products

Stage 9 Secrets will process a return for any item that remains unopen in the original packaging. If you have a product that meets these conditions, you may open up a return request with us. We will provide you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to process the return. Once the product has been received and confirmed in original packaging by us, we will reimburse your purchase.

Open Products

Stage 9 Secrets can only provide returns on certain products that have been opened. The table below outlines what can and can’t be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Timelines:

Returns are processed case by case and we unfortunately cannot guarantee a timeline for return resolution. However we will do our best to make sure a return is processed in a reasonable time and, where applicable, you receive your refund promptly once a product has been returned to us..

The terms: “they”, “their”, and “them” refer to Stage 9 Secrets suppliers and partners.

Shipping Offering:

We are happy to share that we support shipping globally, with all details related to our domestic and international shipping options on this page. If your specific region is not located within this page, please feel free to reach out to us prior to purchasing your order and we will get back to you about shipping options that cater to your needs, within the best of our ability to serve you.

Shipping Disclosure:

            Location

Stage 9 Secrets is a Canadian company but our distribution warehouse and fulfillment logistics are based out of the United States of America. For the purposes of this Shipping Policy “domestic” will refer to any customers whose shipping address is located within the XX states of the continental US. All other shipping destinations will be considered international orders.

Variability

Stage 9 Secrets has a variety of suppliers and partners. Each supplier negotiates their own shipping rates with us based on their: domestic & international shipping policies, product categories and availability, and finally their terms of service and agreement. We work with our partners to offer you the best shipping options possible in order to deliver your products in a timely and trusted fashion. You will find that we have different shipping costs, both by destination and by product, as outlined below, influenced by our agreements with our suppliers and partners. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your shopping experience and we hope you’ll find our shipping policy reasonable for our service.

Shipping Rates:

Stage 9 Secrets shipping rates are broken down by product and destination. The following chart outlines our default shipping rates. Please note, if a product page indicates a different shipping rate on its page, then that shipping rate will override this default table and be considered the correct rate for that product.

All prices are in USD.
Rates are per order.
Rates do not include import duty and tax, those charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Timelines:

Product shipping timelines with Stage 9 Secrets depends on the type of product, the product source supplier and the destination address for the shipment. These all contribute to the length of time and shipping options we have available to us to service you.

For products we have in stock and are fulfilled from our distribution center, generally domestic orders can be expected to arrive within 1-2 weeks and international orders can be expected between 2-3 weeks. For products that are fulfilled via our suppliers, or are out of stock and we have to place a restocking order for, domestic orders might take up to 3-4 weeks and international orders might take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.

We do our best to notify customers when shipping issues have been identified as soon as possible. We understand waiting for your products is hard, we hate waiting too! We value your choice to shop with us so we will do everything we can within our power to deliver your products to you in a timely fashion.
